Yes, At Park2Go, we offer EV parking. Please email us to reserve your EV spot. Additional charges of $19.99 plus GST applies per stay for EV Charging. We will charge your vehicle upto 80% a day prior to your arrival. Please be sure you leave the adapter and charging cable inside your vehicle. 

As an added convenience, Park2Go offers a complimentary boosting and tire inflation service. If you experience a dead battery or low tire pressure, simply inform our attendants, and they'll promptly assist you at no charge. Park2Go is not responsible for any damages caused while boosting, it is a complimentary service provided for your convenience.

Park2Go has very limited plug in spots available. We cannot guarantee to have your vehicle plugged in. However, Park2Go offers complimentary boosting service to assist you with getting your vehicle started if the battery is dead. Park2Go team will make all efforts to get you home safely in your vehicle.

Self-park airport parking refers to a parking option where travelers have the freedom to park their vehicles themselves in designated parking areas near the airport. It offers convenience, flexibility, and peace of mind to those who prefer to maintain control over their vehicles during their trip.

With our 9-minute shuttle ride guarantee to the terminal, you'll have more time for everything else on your agenda. Remember, during peak travel times, allow some extra time to avoid rushing.

You can trust us to keep your vehicle safe while you're away! Our lots are meticulously maintained and regularly patrolled by security personnel, with clear fencing, bright lighting, and advanced video surveillance technology to ensure your car stays secure.

We allow one person to drop off the vehicle and someone else pick it up. 
Steps to follow: 

• Please visit our website and make a reservation. While making the reservation, please add the name of the person picking up the vehicle in the notes. 
• To make it easier for the person picking up the vehicle, please have the person dropping off the vehicle take a picture of the claim ticket and send it to the person picking up the vehicle. 
• The person picking up the vehicle will be required to text us the ticket number upon arriving back at YYC (Instructions provided on the claim ticket). Once we receive the text, we will send the shuttle to arrivals for pick up and get the vehicle ready in the lot. 
• Payment can be made at the office when picking up the vehicle or by scanning a QR code on the shuttle while returning to the parking facility.

No need to worry about lugging your luggage around. Our Ambassadors will be happy to assist you in any way possible to guarantee an excellent parking experience. Please ask our staff for additional assistance. 

Valet Parking: One of the best parts of our service is that you don't have to worry about walking far. It's about 15 steps from where you drop your vehicle off to the waiting shuttle. That means no more walking through bad weather or getting lost in a massive parking lot.

Self Park: The waiting booths are conveniently located within 1 minute of walking distance. Shuttles will pick up and drop off to and from these waiting booths. 
 

Our spacious shuttles make travel a breeze by accommodating up to 14 passengers (kids, too!). Best of all, it's the is no additional fee. Everything is including in your parking fee quoted during the reservation process.  

The easiest way is to pay on arrival using the link you will receive via text or at the shuttle pick-up area. Simply show your ticket to our friendly ambassador, pay with any major credit card, and you're all set! As an alternative, you can also pay at our office when you come to pick up your car from our facility. We accept credit and debit payments. 

We charge by hour, day, week, and month and only start the timer when you arrive. You'll only pay when you're ready to leave.
