  • Please drive into our entrance lane and pull a ticket from the ticket machine. Then drive ahead to our drop off lane.

Return
 

  • Upon your return from your trip, retrieve your luggage from the baggage claim area at the Calgary International Airport. While retrieving your luggage, please use the texting number provided on your ticket to request the shuttle and have your vehicle ready. 
     
  • Proceed to the designated shuttle pick-up area, which will be clearly marked. If you have any trouble finding it, feel free to contact us for assistance. 
     
  • Domestic pick arrivals: Shuttle will be parked at POST 24. When you exit from the arrivals, you will see the pillars marked. Please find a pillar marked with number 24. 
     
  • International pick arrivals: Shuttle will be parked at POST 38. When you exit from the arrivals, you will see the pillars marked. Please find a pillar marked with number 38.
     
  • Look for the Park2Go shuttle, which will transport you back to the parking lot.

  • Our shuttle will safely transport you back to the parking lot, where your vehicle is parked.

Check-Out and Payment

  • At the parking lot, proceed to the check-out booth or kiosk. Our staff will be available to assist you with the check-out process.
     
  • Present your reservation details or booking reference number at the check-out booth.
     

Complimentary Service: Boosting and Tire Inflation 
 

  • As an added convenience, Park2Go offers a complimentary boosting and tire inflation service. If you experience a dead battery or low tire pressure, simply inform our attendants, and they'll promptly assist you at no charge. Retrieve Your Vehicle
 

  • As you have already texted to have your vehicle prepared, we will have your vehicle Ready2Go. We will brush off any snow and have the vehicle warmed up in the winter months.

  • Once you locate your vehicle, you're ready to drive out of the parking lot and continue your journey.
