    As the Air Canada strike is coming to close, Air Transat’s flight attendants voted in favor of mandate to perform a general strike.

    They rejected Canadian Union of Public Employee’s latest offer Thursday.

    What does that mean now? Well the flight attendants can now go on strike any time they wish after July 19th.

    The flight attendants are demanding improved pension plans and shorter work hours.
    Talks continue next week.
