Privacy Policy

Park 2 Go makes every effort to ensure your personal information is protected while it is in our custody. Our privacy policy and practices comply with Alberta’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). All members of Park 2 Go (owners, employees, contractors,) have been trained in the Act (have access to an employee privacy handbook) and can explain why we collect, use and disclose personal information. Collection, Use and Disclosure of Personal Information
We collect the following personal information on the registration form: name, address, email address, business and phone numbers. We collect this information for our Travel Agent, Corporate Program and Loyalty Program.  In addition, the information that is collected for reservations is to gaurantee a reservation for our customers. This information is used to notify customers of promotions, price changes, operational changes and discounts that Park 2 Go is offering to our customers.  In addition, this information is used to keep in touch with lapsed customers and to provide on-going service to all Park 2 Go customers. We may use this information to compile internal marketing information.

We will not collect, use or disclose any personal information for any other purposes without explicit consent except where PIPA allows.

Park 2 Go customers consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their private information for the reasons given above.

Did you recieve an email from us? If you have recieved an email from us you have provided Park 2 Go with your email address either through our Travel Agent Program, Corporate Program, Loyalty Program or have made a reservation with us.

As well, all of our staff members are trained to keep information secure and confidential.
